It’s weird being at weddings and NOT being the photographer. At least it felt weird not to be photographer when my brother-in-law, Jasper, held his wedding in Sydney. There were a few moments during the ceremony when I suddenly thought, ‘Argh, I need to get that angle!!’ before realising that I didn’t need to: someone else was in charge of photography for the day! So I got a chance to sit back, relax and actually enjoy the wedding. And it was a surprisingly beautiful and God-honouring time.
But…my camera didn’t stay in the bag the whole time (hehe!). So here are some of the photos I was able to snap from my point of view (as well as some from our time in Sydney).

We arrived on the Friday and hung around town and Monet’s place. That evening was mostly clear, so Jerome and I grabbed our tripods and took advantage of the view from our floor. Sydney is a beautiful city at night…
Here’s Abby getting ready for the big day!
What a great day :)
The next day Jasper and Monet took us to a Chocolatier near Moore College where we ordered the Spanish Churro Tapas plate…wowwee! A chocolate lovers paradise!
