I am, of course, referring to sleep!

The other night I was in a discussion on how much sleep a person needs. Whilst we agreed the amount needed is catered towards each individual, we also agreed that it is better to have quality sleep rather than quantity.

Lately I haven’t have much of either, though I’ve been able to survive. I’m going to see if I can find a quiet corner to lay my head down for a little bit. I heard there is a ‘sick room’ that I can take a little nap in quickly… will have to check that out…

Found the sick room…and man that was worth it :)

Will have to use it more often in future :P
