Large (two volumed), technical, and precise, it deals with the text and surrounding debates in a clear and helpful way.
For such a huge commentary its easy to forget that there is a Christian man standing behind the waterfall of words on the pages. Every so often the personal faith shines through, and heart warmingly so.

In one day, Jesus has shown his authority over the demon-possessed and over illness. These are special days.
