So things have been quiet around here for a while. I’ll put that down to moving house, ‘starting a new job’, and being pregnant (well, not me…Steph…you know).
But now we are no longer two but three.
His name is Jayden Timothy Tran. Here’s a short video introducing him and the meaning behind his name:
It’s been an interesting transition from two to three. I’m thankful for the love and support of our church family who have so generously given me some time off to adjust to this new life – and adjust is what we’ve been constantly doing over the past few days! Hospital was fine – having a nursery full of nurses and midwives was a blessing, now we’re back home and my mother has been helping a little around the place but we know soon we’ll be on our own two feet. We’re thankful also that our good and sovereign God has us in his care at this time.
Please feel free to come and visit – just contact me (Steven) personally before hand! Our energy has been poured into caring for him, and the encouragement from others can give us more energy to persist! But we’re also aware that our low energy levels makes life generally harder, so please understand if we turn you away for a time :)
